Some GOMOR packets rely on assumptions, missing context, partial statements, or command conclusions. A strong rebuttal identifies what the evidence actually shows and what it does not show.

Admissions must be handled carefully.

Taking accountability can sometimes be useful, but a careless admission can become damaging evidence in Article 15, separation, officer elimination, or court-martial proceedings.
